4 Deposits

OKGames99 accepts deposits via the following local payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Key deposit terms:

  • The minimum single deposit is ₱100.
  • All deposits must be funded from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
  • OKGames99 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • Deposits are credited to your OKGames99 wallet in real time for GCash and Maya, and within one business day for bank transfers.
  • OKGames99 does not accept cash deposits through any channel.

If a deposit fails to reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
  • Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same method used for your most recent deposit is preferred.
  • OKGames99 processes most GCash and Maya withdrawals within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 4:00 PM.
  • Withdrawals above ₱50,000 may require additional identity verification, including a government-issued ID and proof of address.
  • Funds derived from bonus credits must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

OKGames99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if it has reason to believe that the account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets available on OKGames99 are subject to their individual game rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general terms, the game-specific rules will apply.

General gameplay rules applicable across all OKGames99 products:

  • All wagers are final once confirmed. OKGames99 does not allow bets to be cancelled or reversed after confirmation.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, OKGames99 will review the game logs and resolve the situation in accordance with the applicable game rules. If a fair resolution cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded.
  • For sports betting markets, if a match is abandoned or postponed before completion of the minimum required play time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
  • OKGames99 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all slot and table game outcomes. Game results are independently audited for fairness.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

9 Account Suspension and Closure

OKGames99 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to pass identity or age verification.
